Static pages on FluxBB 1.5.11

Hello,

I really hope someone still listening what I want to do on my web.
I have basic installation with few plugins installed and now I want for example my INDEX page like it's here - static, simple HTML in forum design.
Is here any way to do it without too many edits? I just don't like replacing code I don't understand. HTML is enough for me for now and I like things simple.
