[REQUEST] Mentions
Mention user modification, where you can mention users by using @ and then a autocomplete list comes up after you've written first 3 letters of the users name.
You can use https://github.com/zurb/tribute the JS library for it, and a mentioned user should get a notficiation that they have been mentioned, and then a link to the thread and post id.
