Subscription/Inv Only - Plugin/Mod

I want an invite only mod for my forum, using invite codes generated by admins or users if allowed, and i also want a subscription plugin where it would say in the navbar "Get Gamesense" if not purchased and it would say "Premium" if already purchased and it would also say under Logged in as (username)
Premium (Game) until 2018-03-26 19:49:26 [extend subscription]

Would look like:

When clicking "Get Gamesense" you would be redirected to the purchase page, and it would look like this:

and on profile page it would be a menu option looking like this:

Where also the users available invitations code would be.
