Hello,

I use actually the version 1.5.9 but this version does not work with php 7.x. With which version does 1.5.11 work?

Re: which php version?

FluxBB 1.5.11 is probably not working with PHP 7.x. It gives errors.

I think best is to use the development version.
It is this one https://github.com/fluxbb/fluxbb/archive/master.zip
There is a good chance that will work with PHP 7.x.

Otherwise you have this by Visman: https://github.com/MioVisman/FluxBB_by_ … master.zip
That is sure to work. It is actively being worked on.

Re: which php version?

I tried to use the version 1.5.9 with php 7.3 and it seems to work but I get the warning message
Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /domain/forum/include/parser.php on line 840
if an URL is in the post.

Then I tried to use the version master.zip from github but it does not work. The program tries to call db_update.php but I get the error message
An error was encountered
ERROR.

Re: which php version?

Enable debug mode https://fluxbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=6078
And try again

Re: which php version?

Sorry, I cannot enable the debug mode, neither with the lines in config.php nor in common.php.
When I call forum/index.php, I get the URL forum/db_update.php with the Error

Edit:
Something with the database work because a file /forum/cache/cache_config.php was created with many data of my forum.
