Different Post/Topic Style

Hello,

I would like to change the post/topic style for the users to sth like this (I created this with the browser developer tool):
thinktank-post-idea.png

Is there some mod already available?
The idea is to get an output like this as one post after submitting it:

Team members: text

Title: text

Summary: text

Details: text with attachments through placeholders (1,2,3,...)

Potential Costs: text

can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Different Post/Topic Style

You must change database table, than add html fields and read/validate and put it in the database as other data.

Something that need a bit of time, I suggest to ask for some professional help if you can't manage to edit php code/the database, for the modification.

I think you misunderstood the last part or I wasnt clear enough.
What I want is to create a "normal" post/topic when hitting the Submit button.
It should rather be some kind of template like I mentioned above.
Only the input fields would need to be changed according to the picture and then everything needs to be combined into ONE post. Hope it makes it clearer now.
