Wikipedia sucks, their form of moderation leaves a lot to be desired. When I launched PHPXref, I went into some pages to add my site as a good reference for PHP apps. I think I changed like 5 pages, adding my link under other resource sites that had been there. A few days later, the links were gone. I went into the discussion on one of the pages and this idiot moderator called my site questionable because I had ads on my front page, never bothering to peruse the site to see what it was about.
It is against wikipedia policy to add things directly related to you to wikipedia, your site may be useful, but it does have adverts, so it could be seen that you added it to wikipedia for personal gain.

I understand what you're saying, but I was adding my site under links to other sites of the same genre. I would of never added my link, had there not been other links there already.

I will improve it as a real Wikipedia article.
The article currently has a couple notices on it. You might want to take a look at them.

Re: Supporting FluxBB
This isn't really the place, a new thread would've been better.
About the status: a few things still need to be done, but there is no official timeframe. We work on it when we have time, and try to deliver software that's as good as we can get it. That takes time.
About the extensions: I don't think any official extensions will be packaged with the standard installation, no. You'll be able to download them from the extension repository like any other extension.

Could you give instructions how to improve fluxbb coding for it, too?
It may interest others

Re: Supporting FluxBB
Well, there are quite a few things we have planned for 1.4.1 after the release of 1.4.0 (this week!). You can always fork our code on Gitorious, try to code some of these things and then submit a merge request.

Re: Supporting FluxBB
How would I get editing privileges for the FluxBB wiki? There a lot of stubs, maybe I could work on some of them when I have some spare time.
Another question: what are donations used for? I can't find that information on the wiki.

I think we required a certain number of posts to edit the wiki, as we had a few bots spamming it. It may have been 10? I think Franz should know for sure.
Regarding donations, they sit in a Paypal account and are used to pay for hosting costs.

Well, as stated on the donations page, we basically just try to get some of the cost of hosting this site back, which Jamie kindly pays for himself currently.
EDIT: Arrgh, why do I keep writing these posts if I'm not the only one?

Do you plan to open a multi-lingual version of the wiki as on the previous site? I can contribute for the French translation ...

We haven't discussed it (or if we did I missed it!), though my initial thoughts would be to let the international communities handle that themselves. So if fluxbb.fr for example wanted to have a wiki they'd be free to copy content from here and translate it.
