UTF-8 language packs

Hello smile

This is my first post on this forum. My english is very poor, I hope, you understand the following lines...
I'm using a cms that manage several languages so the default encoding is utf-8 of course. Next step : adding fluxbb on this site. I choose the 1.4 version because supporting utf-8. I didn't find any utf-8 language pack for french on the Language pack page so I converted the 1.2 language pack in utf-8. To do that (I'm on Win vista) I used a little tool called Sisulizer (free of charge ! yikes ). It works pretty good and save time when you have to convert several files in utf-8. You just have to drag and drop your files into the Sisulizer interface (In the Multi-converter Tab) and click on the "Convert" button to have the work done. Really amazing how simple it is ! It seems that Linux can also do that (iconv) but my knowlegde on this platform is not the best one !
I thought some people here would find it interesting to have his lang pack converted in utf-8 so her'es a zip package containing all lang pack available on the language pack download page converted in utf-8 : all 1.2 lang pack converted in utf-8 for use with 1.4 version (842 ko).
I added those who were already converted on the download page (Czech, Bulgarian, Polish, ...)
I don't know if all packages work, the french one works on my 1.4 test run...

I hope this could be usefull wink

Re: UTF-8 language packs

Probably not everything is going to work. Here you can find all changes in the language files from v1.2.22 to v1.4: http://fluxbb.org/trac/changeset?old_pa … glish&new=
