"Error: Unable to fetch user information."

Hi, im getting this error after trying to delete a spam bot and his many threads:

FluxBB reported: Unable to fetch user information

Database reported: User '1081538_forum' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 12000) (Errno: 1226)

Failed query: SELECT u.*, g.*, o.logged, o.idle FROM users AS u INNER JOIN groups AS g ON u.group_id=g.g_id LEFT JOIN online AS o ON o.user_id=u.id WHERE u.id=2

Edit: i fixed the problem in the control panel on the hosting, i did:

Database Repair
Database Optimization
Database Permissions Reset

Seems to work fine.
