Move tickets between trackers

It should be a nice feature if it's possible to move tickets in the tracker between project. For example if some one finds a bug on the FluxBB.org forums, that's not present in FluxBB itselfs (but they think it is, so create a ticket in the FluxBB tracker), than it should be handy if we can just move the ticket to the FluxBB.org-tracker instead of closing as invalid and create the same ticket in the other tracker.

I was about to suggest this. It is a nice thing to have so I'll milestone this to 2.4. I anyone wants to move this to 2.3, no problem.
