can not use View as View

Is there a reason we are getting this error?

Fatal error: Cannot use Illuminate\Contracts\View\View as View because the name is already in use in C:\xampp\htdocs\fluxbb\vendor\fluxbb\core\src\View\AlertsComposer.php on line 5
