Topic permalinks

I know that we had topic permalinks in the topic view in 1.3.*
Would it be a good idea to get them back? They are especially useful after having clicked on a post permalink, because you can't retrieve the topic URL from the address bar in that case.

I'm not sure, it may require styles being updated due to the link.
I guess I'd say go for it, though may be worth seeing if Paul has an opinion.
If commiting this for 1.4.3 I'd also make sure #19 gets done, as they are both similar.
Ok, commited it. I'll also take care of the styling for the breadcrumbs. I didn't include that in my patch yet.

Cheers. Can you also add in permalinks for the breadcrumbs in viewforum.php? Looks a bit in-consistent without.
