Stick topic checkbox doesn't work when posting new reply

I've just noticed (while working on the FluxBB 2.0) that there is no code for updating topic sticky status when posting new reply to the topic, but the checkbox is visible for both new post and new topic page.
When creating new topic, it sets the topic sticky status correctly, but when posting a reply to the topic and checking the "Stick topic" checkbox, the topic status is not updated.
