I recommend that a smaller test.png image is used, as displayed in help.php:

I just think it looks better.

I know this is trivial, but I think 67x19 is too small. And 5.39KB for such a small image is too large. Try 92x26:

I choose 19px because it is the line-height of the surrounding text.

it is 26px now.
I also optimize all other images as well, and they are 20% smaller now.
