Added a readme file. This will be deleted later. I just added it as an easy way of make a commit with a note attached.
There will now commence a series of commits over the next few days which will be
a complete and hopefully final markup, css and language file update.
1. Stylesheets will be deleted. The stylesheets have been completely rewritten so it is easier to simply delete the existing stylesheets and replace them. The stylesheets have been split to make debugging easier. They will be recombined at a later stage. The stylesheet upload will be the last stage of this commit.
2. Files will be committed one or two at a time. I am short of time and the bigger the commit the more chance there is of a mistake. Large commits also seem to make Trac lockup, at least on my connection. Public interface files with there accompanying language files will be committed first probably one or two at a time. Admin files will follow.
Note: If nothing gets in my way this should take a couple of days but the way things are it might take as much as 7 days. Please do not use the svn version in the meantime and do not update the website. Devs can continue to work on files as I will update prior to each commit and I can patch where necessary.
