This mod allows you to add tags to topics. The tags are displayed in the subject of the topic (each time a subject is displayed).
Detailed description:
One possible use is for example the tag [Solved].
- The tags available are determined by the administrator (plugin). They can be styled (eg color) individually.
- Tags can be restricted to a group of users.
- Tags can be restricted to topic authors.
- Multiple tags can be associated to a topic.
- The search can be restricted to a tag.

This release adds a new 'restricted' parameter to the tags, which can limit the use of a tag to the topic author (useful for example for tag [Solved]).
Upgrade Notes (from 1.0):
- Replace all files in the mod.
- Re-run install_mod.php (your tags configuration will not be changed).
- Only step 24 is to be redone in the readme.txt (for viewtopic.php).
