FluxToolBar v2.1

This mod displays a bar of buttons in post forms which makes it possible to add BBCode and smilies easily.
Also adds some new BBCodes : inline quote, acronym, superscript, subscript, text alignments, and video.

- new color picker (no more pop-up window, now uses the jscolor library, included in this release).
- new cursor management (compatible with all browsers).

- complete javascript rewrite.
Upgrade from the old version:
- in 'include', replace toolbar_func.js and cache_toolbar.php with the new files.
- in 'include', copy the jscolor directory and its contents.
- remove color_picker.php (now useless)
- regenerate the toolbar caches (via plugin).
