Can you tell me. Would it be wrong to change my board language to Greek to force me to learn the language?

Great! Could you please update each lang version marked as 1.5.6 to 1.5.7 here http://fluxbb.org/resources/translations/ ? I have been asked if the "old" version were still compatible.

Thanks!
J

Re: Languages

Kurdish updated  successfully to 1.5.7 on github!
Please let me know for any issue in the files/directories. Cause "Meld Diff Viewer" isn't so practically with Kurdish (RTL scripts)

Re: Languages

Hi,

For French language files for FluxBB 1.5.8, i made pull request for the four files that are modified since 1.5.6/1.5.7:
- admin_groups.php
- admin_index.php
- profile.php
- topic.php
but I do not know if I have done "properly" because, although I have a Github account, I do not practice a lot and I'm a little confused with the use of GitHub.

Re: Languages

Hey Oto,

thanks, these were correct!
You can also put them into one pull request.

Here are two very good articles that explain the pull request model in detail:

Re: Languages

Hi Franz, may I ask for a link which shows the differences between 1.5.6/7 and 1.5.8 language packs? I will try to pull my request after this. smile Even if I've been using it since don't know when, I am still having some problem in understanding github just as Otomatic. tongue Thank you.

Re: Languages

Just a bit offtopic: how did you select the branches 1.5.7 and 1.5.8 ? I tried to do that before your post too ... but it seems you did not tag the releases or they are not shown to me:

nobranchp4p06.png

Entering "1.5.7" did lead me to null results either.

I am sure there is even a possibilty to limit the diff to the lang-folder... somewhere hidden deep in the github possibilities.

Re: Languages

You need to type the entire tag name ("fluxbb-1.5.7") and press ENTER. For some reason, there's no autocompletion for these tags.

As far as I know, you cannot limit the diff to a subfolder, unfortunately.

Re: Languages

Ahh thanks ...that missing autocomplete... I tried to manually enter the tag but autocomplete tricked me.

Thanks for the explanation ... and seems you are right, no diff for subfolders in the github webview. you will have to "git diff" it yourself after pulling the latest changes from github to local.
