Hi Buzzy, may I ask you which other mods are running with both your installed FBB1.5 and FluxRewrite2.0.0 on your server ?

So I'd'like to install FluxReWrite avoiding misconfiguration issues as well as time wasting.

I very thank you of answering.

Re: [Mod] FluxRewrite Essentials - 2.0.0

Done, I had'nt got any problem to make it work on FBB1.50 + APMS 3.0.2 + Jquery-Captcha 1.1.1 + ezbbc-toolbar 1.5.1 + Mod-installer.

A really usefull Mod with a nice and convenient sitemap script.

Re: [Mod] FluxRewrite Essentials - 2.0.0

Just an idea, but it wouldn't it be better if it worked like so:

Instead of example.com/viewforum.php?id=2
It showed as example.com/forum-name

Then when you click on a topic it would show example.com/forum-name/topic-1-example-topic.html
Instead of example.com/topic-1-example-topic.html

Re: [Mod] FluxRewrite Essentials - 2.0.0

Hello adaur! (;
As I have done on Wareziens.net, here's the rewrite rules to run this mod with Nginx :

location /
{
	if ($http_host ~ "^domain.tld$")
	{
		rewrite ^/(.*) http://www.domain.tld/$1;
	}

	rewrite ^/forum-([0-9]+.*)-page-([0-9]+).html$ /viewforum.php?id=$1&p=$2 last;
	rewrite ^/topic-([0-9]+.*)-page-([0-9]*).html$ /viewtopic.php?id=$1&p=$2 last;
	rewrite ^/topic-([0-9]+)(.*)-new-messages.html /viewtopic.php?id=$1&action=new last;
	rewrite ^/topic-([0-9]+.*).html#p([0-9]+)$ /viewtopic.php?pid=$2 last;
}

Re: [Mod] FluxRewrite Essentials - 2.0.0

I'm now getting this error. I installed this mod yesterday and noticing the error today so not entirely sure if the two are inter-twined.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /xxx/index.php on line 96:

foreach ($new_topics[$cur_forum['fid']] as $check_topic_id => $check_last_post)

Re: [Mod] FluxRewrite Essentials - 2.0.0

Hi to all,
first I have to say that I'm quite new to fluxbb, but I like it very much !!

I have now installed FluxRewrite Essentials and I think there is an error in rewriting the 'last post' links on the right column in index.php.
readme.txt:

if ($cur_forum['last_post'] != '')
{
	$num_pages_topic = ceil(($cur_forum['num_replies'] + 1) / $pun_user['disp_posts']);
	$last_post = '<a href="'.fluxrewrite("topic-", $cur_forum['last_topic_id'], $cur_forum['last_topic'], $num_pages_topic, false, $cur_forum['last_post_id']).'">'.format_time($cur_forum['last_post']).'</a> <span class="byuser">'.$lang_common['by'].' '.pun_htmlspecialchars($cur_forum['last_poster']).'</span>';
}

So the number of pages is a division of the number of the forum posts (replies) and the number of the 'posts per page'. In my opinion this should be a division of the number of the topic posts instead of the forum posts?!

I get links with 'page-14.html' for topics with only one page.

In addition I have to say that I imported existing topics and posts from another forum system, but I don't think that I made an error with that.

Could anyone who's using this mod check out if the 'last post' links on the index page show the right number of pages? So I would get to know if I made an error.
That would be great, thank you very much!

[EDIT: I have added the number of the topics posts to the database query and changed the href for the 'last post' link. If there's anyone who has the same problem you can contact me.]
