Shadow To Post Images

Hello There,

I would like to add some css to the post images.  I currently use this css with a class="shadow" for another page.  I would like this shadow to show up only on images added to posts. Will I have to remember to change this again when a new update comes out?  Please specify where to change the code.

.shadow {
     -moz-box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
     -webkit-box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
     box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
     /* For IE 8 */
     -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=4, Direction=135, Color='#000000')";
     /* For IE 5.5 - 7 */
     filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=4, Direction=135, Color='#000000');
}

Thanks

Kind regards,
Saxamo

Re: Shadow To Post Images

I think this will work:-

Open: style/{yourstyle}.css

Find: (Line 999 in Air.css)

.pun .postmsg .postimg img {
	max-width: 98%;
	vertical-align: middle;
	margin: 7px 0.5em 7px 0;
}

Change To:

.pun .postmsg .postimg img {
	max-width: 98%;
	vertical-align: middle;
	margin: 7px 0.5em 7px 0;
     -moz-box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
     -webkit-box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
     box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
     /* For IE 8 */
     -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=4, Direction=135, Color='#000000')";
     /* For IE 5.5 - 7 */
     filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=4, Direction=135, Color='#000000');
}

You'll need to remember to add this again if you upgrade. If 1.5.1 is released it might not contain any updates to the CSS files so just don't upload the file smile

I recommend a free program called WinMerge which allows you to easily compare two files for the differences between both.

It works!  Just wish I knew if it was proper or not.  But it works..
