[img] tag not working
After enabling it in the admin's "permissions" section, when I use this code:
[img]http://i41.tinypic.com/4lowtu.jpg[/img]I end up with:
<image> <--- which is a link to the image, but does not display it inline.

There is a setting in your profile "Show images in posts.", is that enabled?
