"Unable to fetch post info" into moderate.php

Hello,
After personal research on the forum, I found no answer, so I ask for help.
I am currently testing version 1.4 rc1, and almost everything works well.
My problem is with page moderate.php.
All links that lead me to this page returns me this error:
- Unable to fetch post info.
I watch many times the file to 4 locations (line 104, 189, 194 and 279) but without results.
I have made no changes to this file.
