Flood with multiple validations

A member of the French community has discovered an issue (and abused of it in the same time...) :

When you create a new discussion (and maybe a new post) and that you click quickly many times on the "Submit" button, the flood protection doesn't work and you can create 3, 4 or more identicals topics if the server take time to respond.

You can see it on the French test board : http://test.punbb.fr/viewforum.php?id=3 (the test is with an admin account but it also worked with a simple member account, he shows it again to us this morning...)

Testing with an admin account means nothing, admins aren't affected by flood control, are you positive it works with a member account who does have a flood limit?

Yes, we have a flood limit for members on fluxbb.fr, and this member (who reports it) do it many time to attract our attention on this issue.

I try myself (after reseting the test board) but I didn't get to do it

So perhaps fluxbb.fr has modified their code and inadvertently disabled it?

Checked...
Found nothing specific in our post.php.
All the members (or nearly) are in the default 'member' group, and the flood field is '10' for this group.

Well, is your post.php checking flood restrictions? Is it updating people's last post times?
