bbpress import migration tool

I really want to move to fluxbb from bbpress

Can someone please write a migration tool so i can import posts from bbpress to fluxbb?

I have made a start on a migration tool, which you can plug modules for different software into. I don't plan to try and write modules for every forum software there is, but I'll add bbPress to my "to consider" list. If I don't write one then maybe someone else in the community can (once the converter tool is finished/released).

Oh I just hope you do consider bbpress. I really want to move out of bbpress but I have quite a lot of posts already in the forum and I dont want to lose the posts

We have been looking into supporting something called BBXF, which is actually designed by the creators of bbPress. Assuming we do go ahead with it (basically if the BBXF project is usable and not dead...) then yes it will be possible to convert between FluxBB 1.4 and bbPress. I'm afraid I can't give you any guarantees or timeline at the moment though.
