Update local language from 1.2
1 - I updated my language "Arabic" to be UTF-8 for 1.4
2 - And i removed the code for locale in common.php
I will check the changes that done for 1.4 and keep update it.
Am i in the correct way?.

Re: Update local language from 1.2
There are a few language strings that have been updated. You can see what has to be done on this diff.
If you already have done that or once you have done it, you're on the right path... (you did take the language files from v1.2.21, right?)

Yes. I will actually try to remove the revisions, so that it works with the most recent SVN version all the time...
