It is not completely the same, because v1.2 and v1.3 have different markup. This style still tries to copy the v1.3 style to v1.2 as good as possible. You can look at the screenshots/demo at the beginning of this thread.
This style is not included in the forum releases, because it is not official.

My guess is it relies on base.css which no longer exists. The answer is probably to get a copy of base.css and paste the contents into the style.
The only thing worse than finding a bug is knowing I created it in the first place.

Hello,
I apologize for my wrong English !
It seems that Oxygen.css extract from FluxBB 1.4 RC2 package is working properly.
I did a quick comparison against base.css version 1.2.22 and almost all statements therein.
I also modified Oxygen.css (1.4 RC2) into Otomatic.css to suit my forum as you can see here : http://aviatechno.free.fr/fluxbb/
