You can use this link, which gives you the latest trunk in zip format.
It's as close to a beta that there is, and you can help test it if you so desire. I recommend using XAMPP and give it a spin on your home computer.

Yes, just as they are in 1.2 and 1.3. That is to say, the feeds can be accessed from extern.php.

OK then, another question: Here's a single forum that I have:
http://www.clintonmass.com/forum/viewforum.php?id=19
So in extern.php, I can configure an RSS feed for this one forum? So in the above example, the URL for the feed would be:
http://www.clintonmass.com.com/extern.p … RSS&fid=19
