The background image is some artwork to some online game (can't remember of the top of my head which) but I thought it was a neat image and so far have kept it.

i've been using that same wallpaper for about a month now. one of my all time favorites.

a bit cluttered for my liking. the right side would be empty w/ the exception of the recycle bin, the bottom wouldn't have those two folder to the right, and the images under teamspeak and ventrillo wouldn't be there, and it's time to remove some games from the desktop
