Unfortunately no one can be told what FluxBB is - you have to see it for yourself.

A gathering of all FluxBB feeds

I like one stop places to check what's going on in a project, like I did for Textpattern. Makes it real easy to get a quick overview.

In FluxBB, we have the forum, the wiki and trac with activity feeds. In the future, maybe more places will popup, maybe a dev blog?

Of the simplest methods, the SimplePie NewsBlocks is pretty cool, check out the demo.

Would you guys be interested in doing something like this, if not, are you adverse at someone else doing it?

Re: A gathering of all FluxBB feeds

I'm interested in doing something like this. I love to read planetphp, but I'm sure I won't read fluxplanet as long as there are only 3 feeds combined.

Is there any point with just the 3 feeds?

Re: A gathering of all FluxBB feeds

Here you go, a beta of FluxBB Planet.

Cron job updates the feeds at 15 and 45 every hour.

Re: A gathering of all FluxBB feeds

Came across this site yesterday, a nice Linux feed site: http://www.linuxleak.com/

Just liked the styling of it, wish I knew my CSS better.
