Search within bbcode tags

Just wondering if search goes into the bbcode tags?

I was searching for image links on this board that I had made in the past, cause I've since moved some domains around, but I got no hits when searching the old domain name.

The tags themselves are stripped from the post before it is indexed, as well as some other changes to "tidy up" the post. I think if you search for words from the url you may get hits.

I can't seem to get a hit, no matter what I try.

The reason I bring it up is that I've had to do this kind of thing at the Textpattern forum, which runs Pun, and I've been able to find old urls in order to effect change.

As far as I'm aware the algorithm to get the words in a post to index hasn't been changed.

Mary changed the Textpattern forum search to use MySQL's fulltext search.

I confirmed the search behavior hadn't changed by installing an older version of Pun on my local XAMPP install and checked the search words table. So I then started to search on Textpattern for the reason why, I had forgotten that Mary had changed things.

Well, there will be a fulltext extension for fluxbb.
