Visual separation: signatures, preview label
I think sigs + the preview description ("This is how your post will appear once submitted.") would benefit from a little styling to separate them from the content above / below them.

Re: Visual separation: signatures, preview label
Yeah, I agree. It was easy to see in the older versions, but first time I previewed a post here, I thought it was me myself who'd written "This is how your post will appear once submitted."
I see that there's a line between the "This is how your post will appear once submitted."-text and the content of the post, but..yeah, it's not easy to see with both having the same background color. ![]()
Maybe not major problem, but a bit annoying sometimes.

Re: Visual separation: signatures, preview label
Actually they do have a different background colour. However, easiest thing is to get rid of the "This is how your post will appear" completely and substitute the current date/time so it looks exactly like a real post.
The only thing worse than finding a bug is knowing I created it in the first place.

Then people won't validate their preview, thinking their writing is posted.

It still says 'Preview of your reply' in the blue bar above the preview, so 'This is how your post will appear once submitted' is redundant. It should be removed.
And anyway, if someone clicks 'Preview' and thinks the post has been submitted, they've only got themselves to blame. ![]()

Presentation is superfluous of content, if you go down the redundant banishing path, the whole preview tool should be removed.
And it says “Preview of your reply” in light blue over somewhat darker blue, with almost nothing to indicate this is a special line of text apart from it being light on dark background (same as the 300 pixels worth of menu and such on top of that). I.e. some people aren't going to read it, or pay attention to it. Having a slight aid, a simple sentence to clearly state what this is, doesn't create any issue. It doesn't even take any space on the page.
And anyway, if someone clicks 'Preview' and thinks the post has been submitted, they've only got themselves to blame.
Try navigate with a fucked up mouse for laptop in a moving car, or only from the keyboard (because your UA hardware doesn't have a mouse like a mobile phone, or because you don't have the motor skills to do so). It's quite easy to click the wrong link.
You were quite right in your first post, but this redundant sentence also helps usability.

Re: Visual separation: signatures, preview label
The header could be made some sort of red or so for previews. Or put in an alert box.
