A new theme

I just wanted to show off my new theme (Transverse). Yeah, yeah I know the markup and all that has changed but I just wanted to show what you can do with Flux. Pretty impressive if I do say so myself and I will make the required changes it once Flux beta 3 has been released.

Make sure to browse the forums to see the little additions I've added as far as images are concerned.

btw: Tested on IE6, 7, FF2, 3 and Opera.

Cheers!

Re: A new theme

Theme looks good, don't like the text in the banner though.

Re: A new theme

The text in your Atom and RSS buttons lookes really chunky. Other than that, it's cool smile

No clue what you're referring to mate. It looks great to me in FF and IE so I am lost here as to what exactly it is you're referring to.

Re: A new theme

I wouldn't touch it. This is actually one of my most popular themes for PHP Fusion so I would have to say it is perfect the way it is based on over 4,000+ downloads, but thanks for your suggestion. I will consider changing it later on down the road.

Re: A new theme

My resolution is 1024 by 768 and the sidebars look very squashed. Also, viewtopic's contents get pushed below the sidebars when using a code block.

Because IE6 is still more spreaded than IE7 in May 2008.

See, the text is bold. Doesn't look very nice, imo.

This is only while using the portal I have that problem with code. I mentioned it to Daris. As for the resolution. I am using 1024x768 as well and it looks fine. What exactly do you mean? Is it breaking the layout?

Because when I don't then people ask me why haven't I tested it in IE6. I guess either way I can't win.

(This is FF3, I hit F11 to put it in full screen so that I could show the top of the page with the breadcrumbs and the post).

Re: A new theme

Using "min-width:" is a good method in a CSS file.

As I mentioned in my last post. This is only happening while view code in the forums. I mentioned it to daris but I am not sure if he knows what I mean. I shall take off the portal and you will see that it is perfect afterwards.

Re: A new theme

The tab menu on Outline really looks like it should change colour when you hover over it. So much so that I was expecting the tabs to change colour as I hovered.

Nice jobs.
