Why the isntall.php isn't localization supported?
I mean, why can't we translate the install.php file like the others ?
There would be an option on top of the install page to choose a language and the page will be refreshed with the option chosen..
My English isn't perfect, so don't beat me !

It hasn't been done because the admin panel (and install/db_update since they are admin functions) wasn't translated in 1.2 and wasn't planned to be for 1.4 until we had a lot of requests for it and someone had already actually done most of the work on translating it.
We could add this, I actually did it for 1.3, but since we are very close to releasing 1.4 RC2 and wont be adding any new features now. If you'd like we could consider this for inclusion in 1.4.1...
