On and off, me too.
Ne'er seen one server/site which doesn't have the odd periods of connectivity problems, as of yet though.

Yeah sorry, not 100% sure what was the root cause, but the server was out of memory and swapping like mad. We've been meaning to move to a new server for months now (and have it paid for and running) but haven't had time to finish up the new website and transfer things over.
