quote shoud quoting selected text
At present moment if I select part of the text, and push "quote" it will quoting all post. It would much better if by clicking on quote it will quote only selected text.

Quoting doesn't use Javascript, it actually quotes the entire post. This sounds more like a modification.

This would need done with javascript, and for simplicity we aim to keep javascript to a minimum. It could easily be done as a modification, but for the 1.4 branch at very least I don't think we should aim to start adding fancy javascript to it.
