Clickable board title

In FluxBB 1.3, the board title is also a link to the index, so it is clickable. Why cannot FluxBB 1.4 also have this convenient function?

Arrgh, no more feature requests for 1.4(.0), please - as small as they may be. I have no problem with doing it for 1.4.1, though
