just while you edit or post:

I'm using a 19 ' wide LCD. the screen resolution is : 1440 x 900:

when i use post, write done, i need click "submit" button but:
post
"submit" button is overflow the web browser, i need scrool midle-mouse 3 times to locate the "submit" button:

as i think, after i write done, i neednt' scroll mouse to click "submit",that scrolling action waste user's time and it make post or edit something a little complex especially when they are facing a forum they are not familar which is not using by too much people (eg.ipb vbb)

update: i think just remove all <legend> tag.
then set <textarea rows=20 to <textarea rows=10 is a way.

I have a widescreen, too, and I do see those buttons. This is clearly a problem of screen resolution and will be the same in other forums, too.

I think you can make the kind of alterations you want by changing the css to suit your own requirements. Otherwise its probably time to stop tinkering.

yeah i thought css can do the thing but i found i can't reset this laout and style by css by myself. ( it seems a rewrite but not modifaction,so it maybe harder to me ,i given it up)

and which i had done definetly break the Air style a little,the effect check below image:
