step:
                          overwrite with latest trunk of fluxbb by     T vsn
                          update to fluxbb 1.4 , run db_update.php
                          click "force ...."
                          not choose "conversion"
                          input charset with "utf-8"
                          confirme.
                          wait , until it's done.

not found error by the process or forum 1.4 with  index.,forum, viewtopic,users and so on.
