Re: Languages
How many changes will be approximately made to the language files?
Nobody knows.
Is it useful to start translating FluxBB already?
I'm not sure the dev team said it for Flux, but they clearly stated for Pun that the English language pack isn't locked and will undergo some rework.
If yes, maybe we could collect a list of languages and their translators here
For French, I've said on another topic I will localize FluxBB into it.

Re: Languages
Too many changes for it to be a good idea to start translating now. The feature and markup lock for 1st June is also intended to apply to the language files (subject to the usual bug fixing).
It would be useful if translation starts as soon as possible after 1st June. That way if translators run into problems or can think of improvements there is still ample time to make adjustments.
The only thing worse than finding a bug is knowing I created it in the first place.
