Programmer at company

Hi all,
If you are programmer work for kind of company that sale software to some customers (Like me), do you have the same problem?
You must attend at in that company for 7 hours (11 AM to 6 PM) for example, and all your work must done at this time,
What if you cannot find any idea to build your functions, improve your code fix bugs etc..., But out this time, at your bed or in your dreams you say "Yah i found it", just you need to write it before the sun is raise or in fact before loose your idea.

My coworker only use the 7 hours at company, but i cant.

What kind of programmer you are, how you spend your time at home?
