request auto close topic plugin

This plugin should do this:

the topic posted for a time term as "6 month or xxx";  it automatically been closed by the plugin.no one except admin can reply it.

I assume he means modification rather than plugin It would easy enough to mod viewforum to automatically close topics that required it before displaying the list.
