Avatar Redim

This script allow to resize the avatars automatically when members upload them from their profile panel.

The final size of avatars depend of the avatar dimensions specified on the FluxBB option panel (admin)

Because only the resized pictures of the avatars are stored on the host server, it would be nice to prevent crashes by allowing
the biggest space for uploaded avatar (in the admin panel)
