click IP address then longtime wait

i'm a administrator.

I find some bug today, there is one new member post a topic right now.
then i click his IP, it should display IP details and "find more user use this ip:" link.

but,    when i click this IP , my forum got a longtime execute it and I just can not wait for it done.
         then  I try click other one's IP, it displayed good.

i just don't know the reason. later i will upload shotscreen.
