Punbb rc2 are done
just go to: www.punbb.org
That means the markup is done.
And partialy was imported from fluxbb, however the other things did they do.

You'd better ask them on their board, though Anatoly stated, and he'll correct me if I'm wrong, that Pun team is trying to keep compatibility with Flux for extensions in version 1.3, they will code their own core from v1.4

From what I gather, necessary FluxBB updates are still incorporated, but they now have their own Dev team pretty much upto speed, so they've done the final tweaking needed for the second R.C release themselves, including the layout/markup/HTML or whatever you wish to call it. 
Screw the chavs and God save the Queen!
