You mean, on the main page of the site, not forum? If so, read on extern.php usage. If needed, I could translate this to Russian by week’s end.

I think he means on the forum main page (the index,php page)
would be a nice feature, I' ve seen other forums have this so you can see what the most recent topic is in that section
actually was just looking in to this myself to see if I can change this in 1.3 but there is more to it then a bit of lite hacking I think

And there seems to be already an extention for 1.3

So I now have everything I want, I don' t need a modification for 1.2 if it wil be available for 1.3

i searched for this feature and found this

You do know that punbb 1.2.XX mods work on all versions of punbb, you just need to read the stickys on how to use them

i tried 2-3 but the arent working the right way... someone is working good but then ive got a bug in the "thread-tree" above the categories. on the viewforum.php...
the other one shows like this: thread1... thread2... thread3... thread4...
thats simply ugly ^^
i also cant include the extern.php with the last 5 threads cuz my host does not support "allow_url" or something...
so ive u know a good looking thread-ticker with the last threads like the extern does PLS TELL ME. I DONT FIND IT IF ITS SOMEWHERE OUT THERE IN THE INTERNET. Thanks.
