Just looked at the userlist and this board has like a few hundered accounts that never has posted anything here.

I got the same thing when I ran 1.3 beta 2...

Do you know about this and sould'nt this be a problem and get the devs to block them in some way?

How big is a database like this with around 16,000 posts?
Is it a few megs or bigger?

Only have like 20 MB of MySQL storage at my current host...I know I won't hit the roof for a few years! but would be nice to know!

Tried to find anyhelpful information on this but will bombard the question once again.

Is it hard to get Wordpress and FluxBB to work together? Would be nice if they use the same userdatabase and maybe more...

Would it be to much to ask for a chaptcha function out of the box?
I know there are a few extensions, but honestly - tons of bots are crawling our forums just seconds after its up so protection from the start would have been nice!

Maybe there are something planned that  I don't know of?

Just installed two boards: FluxBB 1.2 and FluxBB 1.3 beta2.

At both servers I had about 25 registered people within 1 hour, none of them is posting just registering and added to the userlist...
Guess these are bots.

Have verrify registration enabled, but that doesn't help!

HOW can I prevent them from registering? Have I done something uggly in my configurations or is this just PunBB/FluxBB as it is?
Does one need additional plugins for this or what?

How do you devs working on fluxbb learn all php/mysql stuff? I cant get it.

Have tried to read a few books and started with a small guestbook (read & write to the mysql server) but most of the times it's ripping someone elses code.

How in gods name can you just remove a few lines and then come up with something better? Thats really cool.

Guess you have to have like a few years of experience right?
