Yea but C# requires people to have the .NET framework.
I personally like Delphi 2007, it just works, is fast and you can use .NET too if you like (I don't like that my programs need other programs to work).

Im no expert, but I have seen alot of bots use http floods to DDoS and it is possible to take a site down with just a few bots that way.
Is there any way you can make protection against httpflooding, like make it so you can't load the same page 10 times a second?

I thought I would ask this question here since everyone here seems to know alot about this stuff
I have a 20/2mbit connection, is that enough to host a webserver on or do I need a vps?

I use SP3 (Been using it since the beta).
Has been working fine for me (AMD-based) and I don't feel the difference at all from SP2 though (other than it killed my custom boot-screen).
