Yeah thats only thing I hate about punbb/flux in general. They code HTML in their PHP core which isn't good practice, yeah it can be done well, but its still not good practice.
When I first heard about flux I would of thought you would be able to dissect your template to how ever you want it, completely including not just the CSS and main template files, but the actual root HTML, changing or updating the HTML that is coded inside the core code would make it harder to update, unless theres a plan on doing how vB does and explaining whats been updated, what files and what lines. Updating manually instead of overwriting all that modding on the core HTML that you modified.
Just my opinion, then again more work for the dev team which I highly doubt they will go about doing this now since I'm pretty sure all core code is done with changes + its been a long way since the FluxBB project started.

Why can't you simply use icons to represent "closed", "locked" etc... I don't' see any reason why this can't be done considering it was done before on PunBB. Well, it was modified to do that from the style sheet. I think they should all be images and when you hover over it you get the text.

Because apparently this is supposed to be "light weight" and the more images you have the longer a page will have to load...depending on the size of the images. Which could be easily cached maybe to speed up the process.. Thats just me assuming though.

Well I'm making a web developer desktop (A what? you might say) [actually I made one] But I want it to be compatible with some decent free games and one of my favorite games (pawngame.com its a flash mmo 2d shooter pretty fun) on good note I'm going to be mainly programming PHP and C++ and some other stuff on the new machine.
Took forever to get working but I did it

I recently had a problem with a motherboard issue since it was backordered and unavailable and needed it this week, I got it replace with http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications … =B450-2340 at same price what do you think of that MB? (Original was like 5 bucks cheaper but I'm glad I got things sorted.)

That error happened because the board is created on activation. Sorry
I think it was because:

There was an "&" in the url and not a "&"

Well my new comp just shipped and I'm going to put it together, once I do that I want to install Ubuntu because it looks good , and it has some nice themes . So....with that is there any good syntax editors? Also is there anything like WAMP Server 2 for Ubuntu?

Dang a month? I remembered few years ago(or was it a year) when my school moved the start day a month back and we get out earlier, it was a rough start, but now that its changed its pretty nice to get out earlier then it feels.
