The three "changed files" links provided at http://fluxbb.org/downloads/updates.php are not working: in the releases/1.2.22 directory, only the complete version (zip, tar.gz, tar.bz2) is present, there is no zip for changed files packages (in 1.2.21 version, it was OK).
Hey. Yeah sorry the release script doesn't generate these any more and I totally forgot about fixing the links because we are working on a new website at the moment.
I would recommend using Trac to generate them, it's actually much easier. Just go here and you can enter the tags you wish to get a diff from. You will then be given an overview of the changes, with links to download a unified diff or a zip archive of changed files.

OK, no problem for my updates (I used all versions since punbb 1.2(.0)); It just to be consistent between provided links and content.
In the same vein, the change file for 1.2.21 exists, but do not include the "12_to_12x_update.php" file that is indicated in the wiki page for upgrade: http://fluxbb.org/wiki/v1.2:upgrading
