OK, I've fixed the issue of sticky topics' background color.

In OxygenB_cs.css I changed
.pun th{background-color:#DFE6ED;border-color:#1F537B #DFE6ED #CBD1D8}to
.pun th{background-color:#DFE6ED;border-color: #DFE6ED #CBD1D8}because of Double Borders

i know you ever add a rule page in this topic,then i wanna know what you add,because i find on index page or viewforum viewtopic page,there the announcement sentence couldn't been round with a border (or can't been sawn); but i changed to misc page,that's rules page, the announcement sentence could been round with a border..

nevermind it,i find a way to solve it, that is adding a background color on #announce div.box.
#announce div.box{border-color:#DFE6ED;background-color:#F6F5F5}--
我找到一个折中的办法就是给 #announce div.box 这个添加一个 底色的值. 我点击rules那个页面,发现他的 brdwelcome 那里的 表现 和其他页面都不同.

I've fixed. I don't want to change the colours because the current ones in 1.3 aren't the final.

The only real reason why I would rather use 1.3 instead of 1.2 is because it just look so much better.
But now... 1.2 looks just as 1.3. This is so nice. What a great job you are doing.

Looks Good Meow.. i've added it to my site (link below in sig), although as a profile option, not the default theme... mainly because of the coppermine gallery theme that matches the forum default. however i have tweaked the layout a little, to keep it a fixed width to keep it to match the rest of the site - sorry, i just like fixed width website's.
