RDFa + XHTML docs?

Would anyone happen to have some decent reference documentation sources for RDFa + XHTML combo's? Already read the W3C primer and follow on document, but they're a tad vague in quite a few areas, and all the other docs I've found so far seem obsessed with using meta and link tags instead of embedding the info in the existing divs, headers, a tags and such.

Just wanting to try and get a good overall view of the general semantics as well as more indepth specifics.
